Ultra 1000 Non-Melt Grease is a metallic silver combination of olefinic copolymer, anti-seize compound, and a non-soap bentone grease. It is fortified with additives that provide excellent lubricating properties, stability and anti-wear protection to metal surfaces. Ultra 1000 has the following characteristics:

• Fortified with extreme heat/pressure additives: molybdenum disulfide, graphite and aluminum.
  
• Ultra 1000 has a low gumming base and no dropping point so that the grease will not melt or run out when heated.
  
• Temperatures from 750 F to 2100 F, Ultra 1000 functions as a dry film lubricant for heavy load and low speed use, as in slides or slow revolution equipment, preventing metal-to-metal contact and surface scuffing.
  
• High temperature, anti-friction bearing lubricant that functions in high speed use up to 450 F, slow speed up to 750 F.When operating at high temperatures for a prolonged time interval, reapplication is more frequent than at lower temperatures.
  
• Acts as an anti-seize compound that may be applied as a grease as in the use of a grease gun.
  

• For use on conveyors, bushings, gears, drives, turbines, furnaces, kiln cars, bearings, chains, shakers, hand and motor operated valves, burner assemblies.
