System-7 Advanced Technology Gear Oil Treatment and Conditioner with DMD friction reducers is recommended for use in manual transmissions, gear reduction units, manual transaxle assemblies, standard, posi-trac and limited slip differentials, and other equipment requiring an extreme temperature/pressure gear oil to provide the following benefits:

• It is engineered from select solvent refined, natural high viscosity index neutrals.

• Exceptional oxidation inhibitors increase oil’s resistance to thickening.

• Oxidation inhibitors and extreme temperature additives extend oil life.

• Longer product life aids in hazardous waste minimization programs, minimizes inventories and reduces maintenance man hours.

• Sheer stable adhesive/cohesive agent provides protection of gears for NO dry starts.

• Adhesive/cohesive agent also coats and protects gear system from corrosion by providing a protective barrier.

• Superior defoaming agent breaks up foam readily.

• Advanced rust and corrosion protector inhibits against rust formation.

• Excellent demulsifier readily separates gear oil from water.

• DMD friction reducer provides smoother shifting of gears and reduced fuel/power consumption.

• Reduces operating temperature.

• Reduces wear and gear scoring.

• Conditions seals to improve sealing and reduce leaks.

• Takes a regular Grade 2 gear oil and it becomes a Grade 7, climbing gear oil.

• Excellent addition to any long term storage program as it conditions seals to prevent dry rot  and coats entire gear system to provide a protective barrier against corrosion.

• Improves maintainability and reliability of equipment.

Dilution ratios are as follows:

1 quart System 7 to 10 parts SAE 90 (or SAE 80w90) gear oil
1 quart System 7 to 20 parts SAE 140 (or SAE 85w140) gear oil
For best results, drain old gear oil, then refill with new gear oil and treat with  System 7.
