Encapsulator 1000 is a multi-functional additive for diesel fuels that are used in turbine and internal combustion engines. 

Encapsulator 1000’s additive package includes:

• Emulsifiers and dispersants which encapsulate any moisture, suspend it and run it through the system with no ill effect.

• Detergents.

• Pour point depressants.

• Corrosion inhibitors

• Combustion catalysts.
  Neutralizing agents.

• Algae dispersants.

• Helps prevent corrosion and plugging problems associated with water in fuels whether it is in storage, transportation or pre-combustion sites.

• Prevents fuel oil degradation.

• By removing water from the fuel system, it eliminates the problem of accumulating microorganisms (algae).

• Produces a protective non-deposit forming film on metal surfaces for corrosion control.

• Contains no inorganics or metallics and therefore is ashless.

• Increases fuel stability and reliability.

• Use 1 gallon of Encapsulator 1000 to every 1000 gallons of fuel. 1:1000 dilution ratio.

• High dilution ratio of product makes it ideal for hazardous waste minimization programs, minimizes inventory and makes application 10 times easier than most competing products.

• Excellent product for reducing inventory in confined situations such as ships and warehouses, where storage can be a tremendous issue.
