Rust converter and protective coating. 2-in-1 copolymer rust treatment. Combination of acrylic copolymers and acids that neutralize rust. When painted on, it chemically converts rust into a black organic complex. Leaves behind an acrylic protective coating. This clear coating is sufficient to last for years without painting or can be painted over using latex, oil-based or epoxy paint. Inhibits rusting for up to one year. Water-based. Non-flammable. Light tan liquid. 32-fl. oz. bottle.
