Product Description
Rust converter and protective coating. 2-in-1 copolymer rust treatment. Combination of acrylic copolymers and acids that neutralize rust. When painted on, it chemically converts rust into a black organic complex. Leaves behind an acrylic protective coating. Clear coating is sufficient to last years without painting or can be painted over using latex, oil-based or epoxy paint. Water-based. Non-flammable. Light tan liquid.
